- The public is not invited, but friends of Lippman are personally invited days in advance to testify on Lippman's behalf.
- Notice is one day before hearing
- The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM
- The full Senate vote is scheduled at 11: AM
When did the Judiciary Commission intend to examine and investigate evidence submitted by witnesses at the hearing? There was NO time allotted to this purpose because ONLY friends and supporters of Lippman were invited to the hearings.
Is this legitimate Democracy?
